Update
Dear Partner,
We have been informed that some users are having intermittent issues accessing SilverAgent following yesterday's changes. On investigation, we have found that those having issues are using the URL - https://silver-agent.com/silveragent/main
This change completed as scheduled, however some customers have been experiencing issues since it went live. We are investigating these as a priority and will provide further updates as soon as they are available.
If you do identify any issues, please raise a JIRA as normal.

Dear Partner,
Last month we let you know that we were making some changes to SilverAgent in the CTE environments. We will be moving those changes into Production as part of the regular SA release on Thursday October 9th.
The URL will remain the same and you can continue to access with your existing username and password.
You will notice some minor cosmetic and functional changes, but no existing functionalities have been removed.
If you do have any questions or feedback about any of the changes, then please raise a JIRA.
