Dear Partner,

We have been made aware of planned RARS Maintenance which is due to take place on 19th October between 2am and 4am BST. During this time, it is expected that ALL calls out to the Reservations Service will fail. This maintenance upgrades critical security infrastructure and is essential for the continued performance and availability of the Reservations Service.

We will provide further updates if we become aware of any changes to the date or time of this maintenance, else we will send the next notification on the morning of 19th October, following successful completion.
